60 years of experience and tests of time
Vinisan Limited Liability Company was created as a result of the mutual cooperation of the Vinitex Ternopil Artificial Leather Plant OJSC and the Sanwil Polish Plant. Since its formation, the company has continued to conquer new markets and has a sufficient niche in place for further successful development.
The history of the plant dates back to 1959, when the Ternopil Artificial Leather Plant was built and put into operation.
The design capacity of 500 000 square meters of artificial leather for haberdashery products was reached at the enterprise in 1962.
In August 1994, as a result of privatization, the Ternopil Plant was renamed into the Vinitex Ternopil Artificial Leather Plant Open Joint Stock Company. In 1997, the material for the "Kirza" shoe loops was mastered and put into production.

Each following year, production volumes grew; new types of artificial leather, film materials, PVC linoleum were mastered. More than 250 of shoe, haberdashery factories, various enterprises and territorial bases of Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic and Russia received the products of the plant.
The need for implementation of new artificial leather production technologies led to the creation in 2003-2004 of the Vinisan Joint Ukrainian-Polish Limited Liability Company, where new equipment and two process boilers were installed. This made it possible to be independent of external factors and to significantly expand the assortment of shoe and upholstery artificial leather, as well as flame retardant special purpose PVC films in the coming years.
Each following year, production volumes grew; new types of artificial leather, film materials, PVC linoleum were mastered. More than 250 of shoe, haberdashery factories, various enterprises and territorial bases of Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic and Russia received the products of the plant.

At present, Vinisan is one of the most powerful plants in Ukraine and neighboring countries, and continues to increase its production potential.
The introduction of new artificial leather finishing technology will allow us to learn new trends and be one step closer to the needs of the global artificial leather consumer market.
The line for processing and printing was purchased in 2018 and its full launch finished by the beginning of 2019
