All artificial leather present in the warehouse was manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specifications and Technical Characteristics for them for a specific type or brand of products, according to the technological regulations approved by the manufacturer in accordance with the established procedure, with observance of the current sanitary rules and regulations, normative legal acts in occupational health and fire safety.

Products are distributed according to the following criteria

• Roll width: 140 cm or other, as ordered.
• Roll length: nominal – 25m, 40m, 50m, depending on the thickness group (roll weight)

Other is permissible on request or in agreement with the consumer

Defects in the approved percentage are: blurred unevenness of shade, fuzziness or unevenness of embossing or printing, waviness, twill showing, breaking, folds, scratching, overlap, spots, mark, thickening, shell, wrinkles, foreign inclusions

Products of the first and the second grades are of different lengths and unregulated widths. The roll is completed with the cuts of the same width with local defects, no more than 12% to the total area. Width and length: actual.

What do you need to know?

1. The length of each cut is indicated in the products of the first, second grades and in the cuts.
    
2. The length of the conditional cuts is not included in the total footage of the rolls.
    
3. Permissible width tolerances: at width
   — up to 100 cm - ±1,5
   — over 100 cm - ± 2
    
4. Defects of the backings used in production (fabrics, textile fabrics, non-woven material) allowed by the normative documentation for them do not affect the quality of products.
    
5. A defective edge not more than 2 cm wide on each side is allowed, which does not affect the quality of the products. The width of the defective edge is removed from the width of the roll.
