Warranties

The products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

If a defect is detected, its return delivery is covered by the seller. The defect is exchanged or its value is credited in the next order (the products are paid after deduction of return value).

The manufacturer guarantees that the quality of vinyl artificial leather conforms to the requirements of the Technical Specifications, provided that the rules of transportation and storage are observed.

The warranty does not cover:

• defects resulting from improper use;
• mechanical damage, improper storage, negligent maintenance and care, excess load, misuse of the product (including by third parties – damage caused by carriers);
